A vertical tasting pack that shows how Clos Ostler has evolved over time in the Waitaki. Our soils encourage our dry-grown vines to dig deep, while powerful winds and a cool climate allow berries to ripen slowly. Low in vigour and yield, we grow berries rich in flavour, complexity and concentration.
 
Burgundian growing methods and traditions coupled with rare limestone soils of the Waitaki Valley, creates ample opportunity for producing exceptional wines that showcase a unique sense of place. Caroline's Pinot Noir is the expression of our Clos.
