DELIVERY AREA

Website orders are available for delivery within New Zealand.

For international orders, contact orders@acgwines.com before purchasing so that availability, import requirements and delivery costs can be confirmed.

DELIVERY CHARGES

New Zealand delivery is NZ$15 for orders under NZ$300 and included for orders of NZ$300 or more. The applicable delivery charge is shown at checkout before payment.

Collection 001 and any product expressly described as including delivery are delivered within New Zealand without an additional delivery charge.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Delivery timeframes shown during checkout or in an order confirmation are estimates.

Delays may occur because of weather, courier disruption, public holidays, remote delivery locations or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

AGE AND SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS

All alcohol deliveries require an adult signature.

The purchaser and recipient must each be 18 years of age or over. The courier may request approved evidence of age where the recipient appears to be under 25.

Alcohol will not be:

• left unattended
• delivered to a person under 18 years of age
• delivered to an intoxicated person
• delivered where satisfactory evidence of age is requested but cannot be provided

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

Alcohol will not be delivered between 11 pm and 6 am or at any other time prohibited by law, the applicable off-licence or courier requirements.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Additional charges may apply where an order must be redirected or redelivered because the address was incorrect or no eligible recipient was available.

DAMAGED OR MISSING DELIVERIES

If your order arrives damaged, is incomplete, or has not arrived within a reasonable period, contact orders@acgwines.com with your order number.

Please retain the wine and packaging while we investigate the issue. Photographs of the package, bottle and delivery label may be requested.
