Caroline's Pinot Noir 2018

Caroline's Pinot Noir 2018

$130

Caroline’s is drawn from the vineyard’s broader five-clone selection: 115, 667, 777, UCD6 and Abel. Released from the estate cellar, the 2018 has moved beyond primary fruit into dried herbs, mushroom, earth and game, with red cherry and plum still present. The tannins have softened while retaining a fine, chalky texture, and the acidity remains lively. Serve lightly cool and decant before pouring.
