Our Wines

A single north-facing vineyard on the limestone escarpment of the Waitaki Valley. Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Gris are grown exclusively within this monopole estate, with each release shaped by its variety, vintage and the character of the site.

Flagship Pinot Noirs

Caroline’s brings all five Pinot Noir clones together as the complete expression of the vineyard and season. EOS is selected from the most perfumed and ageworthy components, with the structure and length to evolve over decades.

Current Releases

Chardonnay and Pinot Gris show how the vineyard’s natural acidity and saline character carry through white varieties. Waitaki Pinot Noir is an occasional release, made only when a season yields a distinct selection centred on freshness.

Library Wines

Earlier vintages and limited collections, held at Clos Ostler and released directly from our estate cellar. These wines offer an opportunity to explore the vineyard across different growing seasons and stages of development.
